Policies

Registration
There is a $20.00 registration fee for new students and a $15.00 re-registration fee for current students. Students are enrolled for a full school year September to May.

Absenteeism
Please notify the studio when students will be absent. Good attendance is important. Absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class. Each class is limited and your space is reserved specially for you. Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before class. There are no refunds for missed classes. Missed classes may be made up in another class of similar age and level.

Cancellation
In the event of bad weather conditions, please call the studio at 603-898-9220 after 2:00 pm (weekdays) and 8:00 am (Saturdays).

Vacations
Please check our first monthly newsletter for the studio calendar. PLEASE NOTE: We do not always run our classes with the public school systems holidays, vacation, or cancellation schedule. Vacation schedules are based on NH school year calendar.

Costumes
All costumes are ordered during the month of December. A $45.00 deposit per costume is due with the October tuition. Orders are placed only for the costume deposits paid in full at time of ordering. NO EXCEPTIONS. Costumes payments do not include shoes or tights. Once costumes are ordered (Dec 10th), there will be no refunds. Costumes are distributed when balances are paid in full.

Dress Code
Solid color leotard, black or tan tights for jazz and tap class, pink tights for ballet class. NO SHORTS, T-SHIRTS or SWEATS! We must see clean lines of the body in order to give the right corrections. This will be enforced! Shoes will be determined by the teacher in each class. Hair must be in a neat bun at all times. Students should arrive dressed ACCORDING TO THE DRESS CODE. Students who are not adequately prepared or late for class (and have missed warm-up), may be asked to sit and only observe.
